Sales commissions

Growmax ARC manages commissions for your sales team end to end: configure commission rates by role, watch commissions accrue through your reporting hierarchy as orders happen, review the ledger by order or by person, and generate payouts.

Before you start​

  • Set up your users, teams, and roles — commission rates are configured per role, and the hierarchy chain follows your reporting structure. See Manage users, teams, and permissions.

Configure commission rates​

  1. Go to Sales > Commission and open the rate configuration.
  2. Set commission rates by role — each role in your hierarchy earns at the rate you define for it.
  3. Save the configuration. Commissions then accrue according to these role-based rates as sales happen.

Review the commission ledger​

  1. Go to Sales > Commission.
  2. Open the commission ledger to see commissions:
    • By order — what each order generated in commission.
    • By person — what each team member has earned.
  3. Read the status cards (Pending, Locked, Paid, Reversed) as entries: each order has one entry per person in its chain, so the card counts add up to the entry total stated under the cards, which is larger than the order count in the table footer.
  4. Use the hierarchy chain view to see how commissions flow through your reporting hierarchy — for example, rep → manager → regional head.

Pay out commissions​

  1. Go to Sales > Commission.
  2. Generate a commission payout.
  3. When the money has gone out, mark the payout as paid.

The commission ledger: one entry per order and beneficiary, with Pending, Locked, Paid and Reversed totals. Here no rate is set yet, so entries show a zero commission and a warning to add a rate.

Tips​

  • Rates follow roles, not individuals — review your role rates whenever you restructure the team or change compensation plans.
  • Your field reps can see their own numbers themselves: each rep's Field Sales Mobile App shows their personal commission summary and full commission ledger.
  • Use the hierarchy chain view before payouts to sanity-check what each level of the hierarchy accrued.
