Manage integrations, API, AI credits, and audit log

Connect Growmax ARC to the rest of your stack: integrate with Zoho Inventory, Stripe, Razorpay, Stitch, and WhatsApp, create API keys for your own integrations, manage the AI credit balance that powers AI features, and review activity in the audit log.

Before you start​

  • You need administrator access to change Settings.

Connect integrations​

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Connect the services you use: Zoho Inventory, Stripe, Razorpay, Stitch, and WhatsApp.

Connecting Zoho Inventory enables synchronization with it.

Create API keys​

  1. Go to Settings > API keys.
  2. Create keys for building your own integrations with the platform's API.

Settings > Integrations: accounting, messaging, payments and delivery partners.

Manage AI credits​

AI features — such as generating product content from product images — draw from your organization's AI credit balance.

  1. Go to Settings > AI Credits.
  2. Review your balance and usage history, and top up when needed.

Review the audit log​

  1. Go to Settings > Audit / activity log.
  2. Review the record of activity in the system, with analytics and export.

Tips​

  • Keep an eye on AI credit usage if your team enriches many products — usage history shows where credits go.
  • Use the audit log export when you need activity records outside the platform.
