Track stock movements
Stock Movements is a complete audit list of every stock movement in and out of your warehouses. Use it to trace exactly how any quantity changed.
Before you start
- No setup is required — movements are recorded automatically as stock changes through receipts, shipments, adjustments, and transfers.
Find a movement
- Go to Inventory > Stock Movements.
- Use the filters to narrow the list to what you need — for example, by warehouse or product.
Every change to stock is a movement: type, product, quantity, warehouse and the document behind it.
Review a movement
- In the list, open the movement you want to inspect.
- Review the detail view for that movement.
Tips
- Investigating a stock discrepancy? Start from View stock levels, then use the movement list filters to trace every change for that variant and warehouse.
- Movements from goods receipts reflect accepted quantities only — rejected quantities never enter stock. See Receive goods with a goods receipt note.
