The Buyer Mobile App

The Buyer Mobile App puts your storefront in your customers' pockets, branded as your business. Your buyers can sign in without a password, browse your full catalog, order and pay, and track their deliveries live — all from their phones.

Before you start

  • Brand the app with your logo and identity in Settings > App branding.
  • Manage what buyers see on the app's home page from Storefront > Themes in the Admin Console — slideshows, banners, category tiles, brand strips, and more. See Manage buyer home content.
  • To offer online payment alongside cash on delivery, connect Stripe or Razorpay in Settings > Integrations.

What your buyers can do in the app

  1. Log in with OTP — simple, password-free sign-in via a one-time code sent by email or WhatsApp.
  2. Register their delivery addresses — buyers add the places they want goods delivered, so every order is tied to the right one.
  3. Shop from the home feed — the branded home feed shows the sections you manage from the Admin Console.
  4. Browse categories and brands — full catalog browsing by category and brand.
  5. View rich product detail — product pages show tiered pricing (quantity price breaks) and let buyers pick the unit of measure (for example, piece vs. case).
  6. Check out — buyers pay by cash on delivery (COD) or online payment.
  7. Track orders live — real-time status updates as each order is processed, shipped, and delivered, plus the buyer's complete order history.
  8. Manage their account — including contacts, delivery addresses, and language.

How the app connects to your operations

  • Orders placed in the app become sales orders in the Admin Console and follow the normal allocate → ship → invoice → collect cycle.
  • The app's home feed content is managed by you — change sections in the Storefront content manager and your buyers see the update, no development work needed.
  • New buyers registering through the app go through the same approval path as web signups: activate them from the Pending Approvals tab in the customer list.

Tips

  • Buyers who order on the web get the same catalog and account through the Customer Portal — the two channels work together.
  • OTP login by WhatsApp uses your WhatsApp integration (see Settings > Integrations).
  • Encourage repeat buyers to add all their delivery addresses, so orders always arrive tied to the correct one.
