Buyer Mobile App — The mobile app your customers use: OTP login, delivery-address setup, your branded home feed, catalog browsing, checkout (COD or online payment), live order tracking, and order history.
C
Cash on delivery (COD) — A payment option in the Buyer Mobile App where the buyer pays when the goods are delivered, instead of paying online.
Commission ledger — The record of commissions earned by your sales team, viewable by order and by person, including a hierarchy chain view (for example, rep → manager → regional head).
Credit limit — The maximum outstanding balance you allow a customer, set per customer, with live visibility of current exposure and available credit.
Customer 360 — The complete record page for a customer in the Admin Console: credit position, orders, quotes, invoices, payments, addresses and contacts, and the option to invite the customer's own users to your portal.
Customer Portal — The web storefront you give your buyers, where they browse your catalog, register, order, pay, track orders, view invoices and quotes, and submit returns requests.
F
FIFO auto-allocate — A helper on the payment allocation screen that automatically applies a payment against the oldest open invoices first; you can adjust the result before saving.
Field Sales Mobile App — The mobile app for your sales representatives: offline order capture with automatic sync, daily journey plans with GPS check-in/check-out, Customer 360, quotes, orders, invoices, and personal commission summaries.
G
Goods Receipt Note (GRN) — The document that records what actually arrived from a supplier: received, accepted, and rejected quantities per line, with shortage or damage flags. Accepted quantities post into stock automatically.
GPS check-in / check-out — The Field Sales App feature that records a rep's arrival at and departure from a customer location against their journey plan.
J

O
One-time passcode (OTP) — The password-free login method for the Buyer Mobile App: a code sent by email or WhatsApp.
Delivery address — A place a buyer wants goods delivered to, added in the Buyer Mobile App so each order is tied to the right one. A buyer can hold several.
P
Pending Approvals — The tab in the customer list where new buyer signups wait for your review, grouped per sales representative, with a sidebar badge showing how many are waiting.
Procure-to-pay — The complete buying cycle: purchase order, approval, goods receipt with inspection (GRN), purchase invoice against accepted GRN lines, and supplier payment.
Product finder — A step-by-step picker you build under Storefront > Product Finders: buyers (in the Buyer Mobile App) or reps (in the Field Sales Mobile App) answer a few questions, such as brand then model, and see only the matching items to add to the basket. Not to be confused with a journey plan, which is a field rep's route of customer visits.
Q
Quick order — A fast ordering path on the Customer Portal for buyers who already know what they want.
Quote-to-cash — The complete selling cycle: quote, sales order, warehouse allocation, shipping, invoicing, payment collection and allocation, credit notes, and commission payout.
S
Saved shopping list — A reusable list of products a buyer saves on the Customer Portal for repeat purchasing.
Stock reservation — Stock committed to open orders, visible in the reservations view alongside on-hand and available quantities per warehouse and per variant.
T

Tracked email — Emails sent from quotes and sales orders with open and click tracking, so you can see whether the customer has viewed them. Customer replies appear in an email thread on the document itself.
U
Unit of measure (UOM) — The unit a product is bought, stocked, or sold in (for example, piece vs. case), with conversions between units. Products can have base, purchase, and sales units of measure.
