The Field Sales App
The Field Sales Mobile App is built for your sales representatives working on the road — including in areas with poor connectivity. Reps can capture orders offline, follow their daily visit plan with GPS check-ins, and carry full customer context in their pocket.
Before you start
- Set up your representatives as users in the Admin Console, and plan their visits with journey plans. See Set up your team on mobile.
- Assign customers to the right representatives so each rep sees their own book of business — you can reassign customers in bulk from the customer list.
What your reps can do in the app
- Follow the daily journey plan — the rep's planned visits for the day, with GPS check-in and check-out at each customer location.
- Capture orders offline — reps take orders at the customer site even with no connectivity; the app syncs automatically when connectivity returns.
- Work from Customer 360 — full customer context on the go: history, position, and details.
- View orders — the rep's own orders, wherever they are. Standalone quote and invoice lists are hidden in the app for now; invoice balances still appear in each customer's ledger in Customer 360.
- Track commissions — each rep sees their personal commission summary and full commission ledger.
- Show the product catalog — the complete catalog for presenting to customers and building orders.
- Stay up to date — in-app notifications keep reps informed.
How offline order capture works
- The rep builds and captures the order at the customer site — no connection required.
- The order stays on the device until connectivity returns.
- The app syncs automatically, and the order flows into the Admin Console as part of your normal sales process.
Tips
- Offline capture means a poor signal never costs you an order — reps can keep selling in low-connectivity areas and let the sync catch up.
- GPS check-in and check-out give you a verifiable record that planned visits actually happened at the customer location.
- Because reps can see their own commission summary and ledger, they always know where they stand — without asking your back office.
