Import products in bulk

Bring your product catalog into Growmax ARC from a spreadsheet using the guided 5-step bulk import wizard. The wizard walks you from file upload to a review of the mapped data, tracks progress live during the import, and holds imported products behind an approval gate before they go live.

Before you start​

  • Prepare your spreadsheet with one row per product or variant, and clear column headers — you will map columns to product fields during the wizard.

Run the import wizard​

  1. Go to Product Import to start the wizard.
  2. Upload your file.
  3. Map columns in your file to product fields.
  4. Review the mapped data to confirm everything lines up.
  5. Start the import — watch the live progress tracking, and cancel if you need to stop.
  6. When the wizard shows Done, review the imported products behind the approval gate before they go live.

You can revisit any past run in the full import history.

The import wizard: choose create-only or create-and-update, let ARC map your columns, then upload the spreadsheet. Map, Review and Progress follow before anything is written.

Tips​

  • Use the Review step seriously — catching a mis-mapped column here is much cheaper than fixing imported products later.
  • The cancel option during the import lets you stop a run that is not going the way you expected.
  • Nothing goes live without passing the approval gate, so you always get a final check before the catalog changes reach your team and storefronts.
