customerAnswerBidQuestion
Requires a customer (portal or buyer app) session.
Answer a question the supplier sent you. Errors: CLARIFICATION_NOT_AWAITING_ANSWER (already answered, closed or not yours to answer), BID_QUESTION_TEXT_LENGTH, a version conflict when it changed since you read it.
Errors: a failed call returns a GraphQL errors entry, not a field on the result, and data may be null or partial. Read the entry's extensions.code and message; every shape and code is in the Error reference.
