importBidRequirementsXlsx
Requires permission biddesk:bid:update.
Checks an edited compliance matrix workbook against ARC: every changed cell, every new row (no key: a new requirement), every formula (ignored: values only) and every invalid cell with its reason (DUPLICATE_REF, STATUS_MOVE_NOT_ALLOWED, DEVIATION_NOTE_REQUIRED, OWNER_UNKNOWN…). With apply true and the check's diffHash, writes every change and creates every new requirement in one step and returns the bid's coverage. Refused with XLSX_WRONG_DOCUMENT, XLSX_NOT_AN_ARC_FILE, XLSX_PASSWORD_REQUIRED, XLSX_PASSWORD_WRONG, XLSX_TOO_LARGE, XLSX_IMPORT_STALE, XLSX_IMPORT_HAS_ERRORS or XLSX_IMPORT_EMPTY. Requires Bid Desk and permission to edit bids.
Errors: a failed call returns a GraphQL errors entry, not a field on the result, and data may be null or partial. Read the entry's extensions.code and message; every shape and code is in the Error reference.
