convertBidThreadToKnowledgeNote

Requires permission biddesk:knowledge:write.

Makes a knowledge note draft from a bid thread; review comes later and the outcome returns to the thread. Refused with KNOWLEDGE_PRODUCT_REQUIRED when no item is given and the thread is not on a cost line with an item. Only the bid's members can convert its threads. Requires Bid Desk. Requires permission to write knowledge.

Errors: a failed call returns a GraphQL errors entry, not a field on the result, and data may be null or partial. Read the entry's extensions.code and message; every shape and code is in the Error reference.
