decideBidGo

Requires permission biddesk:bid:update.

Decides whether to go ahead with an open bid. GO runs the bid.go approval rules: with no matching rule the bid moves past qualification to PLAN at once and a BID_GO / GO decision is recorded; a matching rule raises an approval request (CONTROL_APPROVAL_REQUIRED) and nothing changes until it is approved and applied. NO_BID closes the bid with no approval. Refused with BID_REASON_REQUIRED, BID_CLOSED, BID_GO_PAST_QUALIFY and VERSION_CONFLICT. Requires Bid Desk and permission to update bids.

Errors: a failed call returns a GraphQL errors entry, not a field on the result, and data may be null or partial. Read the entry's extensions.code and message; every shape and code is in the Error reference.
