deleteBidProposalRevision

Requires permission biddesk:proposal:edit.

Deletes a draft revision; its number is not reused. Refused with PROPOSAL_REVISION_LOCKED once released, VERSION_CONFLICT when someone changed it first. Requires Bid Desk and permission to edit proposals.

Errors: a failed call returns a GraphQL errors entry, not a field on the result, and data may be null or partial. Read the entry's extensions.code and message; every shape and code is in the Error reference.
