importBidCostSheetXlsx

Requires permission biddesk:cost_sheet:edit.

Checks an edited cost sheet workbook against ARC: every changed cell, every formula (ignored: values only) and every invalid cell with its reason. With apply true and the check's diffHash, writes the changes in one step: into the draft, or into a new draft version of a submitted or approved sheet. Refused with XLSX_WRONG_DOCUMENT, XLSX_NOT_AN_ARC_FILE, XLSX_PASSWORD_REQUIRED, XLSX_PASSWORD_WRONG, XLSX_TOO_LARGE, XLSX_COST_COLUMNS_FORBIDDEN, COST_SHEET_SUPERSEDED, XLSX_IMPORT_STALE, XLSX_IMPORT_HAS_ERRORS or XLSX_IMPORT_EMPTY. Requires Bid Desk and permission to edit cost sheets.

Errors: a failed call returns a GraphQL errors entry, not a field on the result, and data may be null or partial. Read the entry's extensions.code and message; every shape and code is in the Error reference.
