createBidPriceRequest

Requires permission biddesk:cost_sheet:edit.

Drafts a price request to one or more vendors for an item, with a reply-by date; nothing is sent. From a cost line, the item and quantity fill what is not given (PRICE_REQUEST_ITEM_REQUIRED when the item, its name or the quantity is still missing). Requires Bid Desk and permission to edit cost sheets.

Errors: a failed call returns a GraphQL errors entry, not a field on the result, and data may be null or partial. Read the entry's extensions.code and message; every shape and code is in the Error reference.
