updateBidProposalSection

Requires permission biddesk:proposal:edit.

Changes one section of a draft revision and recomputes its hash; no other section changes. Refused with PROPOSAL_REVISION_LOCKED once released, PROPOSAL_CONTENT_INTERNAL for a cost or margin key, PROPOSAL_CONTENT_INVALID, or VERSION_CONFLICT. Requires Bid Desk and permission to edit proposals.

Errors: a failed call returns a GraphQL errors entry, not a field on the result, and data may be null or partial. Read the entry's extensions.code and message; every shape and code is in the Error reference.
