createBidProposalRevision

Requires permission biddesk:proposal:edit.

Opens the bid's next proposal revision as a draft, copying the newest released one (or seven empty sections). Refused with PROPOSAL_DRAFT_EXISTS while a draft is open. Requires Bid Desk and permission to edit proposals.

Errors: a failed call returns a GraphQL errors entry, not a field on the result, and data may be null or partial. Read the entry's extensions.code and message; every shape and code is in the Error reference.
