linkBidRequirement

Requires permission biddesk:bid:update.

Links a requirement to a part of the configuration that answers it; linking it again restores an unlinked pair. Refused until that kind of item can be linked, and when the item is not in the bid. Requires Bid Desk and permission to edit bids.

Errors: a failed call returns a GraphQL errors entry, not a field on the result, and data may be null or partial. Read the entry's extensions.code and message; every shape and code is in the Error reference.
