confirmBidFileUpload

Requires permission biddesk:bid:update.

Checks an uploaded bid file and makes it READY. Refused with BID_FILE_NOT_UPLOADED when nothing was uploaded yet, BID_FILE_NOT_PENDING when it was already confirmed or rejected, and BID_FILE_REJECTED (the stored file is deleted) when it is over 50 MB or not the declared size. Requires Bid Desk and permission to update bids.

Errors: a failed call returns a GraphQL errors entry, not a field on the result, and data may be null or partial. Read the entry's extensions.code and message; every shape and code is in the Error reference.
