createConfigModel
Requires permission biddesk:assembly:manage.
Creates an assembly's configuration model with an empty draft version 1 built on a released bill-of-materials version of the same assembly. Refused with CONFIG_MODEL_EXISTS (and modelId) when the assembly already has one and CONFIG_BASE_BOM_NOT_RELEASED when the base is not released. Requires Bid Desk and permission to manage assemblies.
Errors: a failed call returns a GraphQL errors entry, not a field on the result, and data may be null or partial. Read the entry's extensions.code and message; every shape and code is in the Error reference.
