refreshBidProposalRevision

Requires permission biddesk:proposal:edit.

Fills a draft proposal revision from its bid: the compliance matrix from the requirements, the price schedule (the configured assembly priced from the approved cost roll-up with the bid's pricing terms, and the catalog lines priced by the quote engine), the accepted deviations and the payment milestones. Changes only the sections whose content changed; sends nothing and creates no quote. Refused with PROPOSAL_REVISION_LOCKED once released, or VERSION_CONFLICT. Requires Bid Desk and permission to edit proposals.

Errors: a failed call returns a GraphQL errors entry, not a field on the result, and data may be null or partial. Read the entry's extensions.code and message; every shape and code is in the Error reference.
