addBidMember

Requires permission biddesk:bid:update.

Adds an active staff person to an open or submitted bid in one role; a person removed earlier is restored with the new role. Refused with BID_MEMBER_EXISTS when they are already a member and BID_CLOSED on a closed bid; an app or customer login is not found. Requires Bid Desk and permission to update bids.

Errors: a failed call returns a GraphQL errors entry, not a field on the result, and data may be null or partial. Read the entry's extensions.code and message; every shape and code is in the Error reference.
