convertBidThreadToClarification

Requires permission biddesk:bid:update.

Makes a question to the customer from a bid thread; the question and the thread then list each other, and the answer returns to the thread. The question defaults to the start of the thread's first message and the requirement to the one the thread is on. Only the bid's members can convert its threads. Requires Bid Desk. Requires permission to update bids.

Errors: a failed call returns a GraphQL errors entry, not a field on the result, and data may be null or partial. Read the entry's extensions.code and message; every shape and code is in the Error reference.

BidClarification object

A question the bid team asks the customer, and the customer's answer. Only the question, the answer, the status and the sent and answered times are for the customer; internal discussion stays in the bid's room.
