BidProposalRefreshResult.changedSections ● [BidProposalSectionType!]! non-null enum​

The sections the refresh changed; empty when the bid had nothing new.

BidProposalRefreshResult.problems ● [String!]! non-null scalar​

Why the revision cannot be released yet: REVISION_NOT_PRICED (no pricing terms, or an incomplete cost roll-up), COST_SHEET_NOT_APPROVED, EXCHANGE_RATE_NOT_FOUND, or a quote engine blocker.
