The rule keys present in the unfiltered list, for the signal type filter.

How many customers with activity in the period were checked.

The requested page of the ranked, filtered list.

Whose customers are covered.

How many rows match the filter, before paging.

True when more customers had activity than one list checks. The most recently active were kept.
