How many quotes are drafts.

ActionQueue.ordersAwaitingFulfilment ● Int! non-null scalar

How many confirmed orders still have items to ship. An invoiced order counts until everything on it has shipped; short-closed quantities are left out. The salesOrders filter awaitingFulfilment returns the same orders.
