Fields

Buying rhythm.

Invoiced value by top-level category.

Credit position.

`CustomerInsights.discount` ● `CustomerDiscountSnapshot` object

The current non-tier discount. Empty when none applies.

App and portal engagement.

The health score. Empty unless all four parts have evidence.

The attention list, most severe first. Empty for a customer none of the rules describes.

The one thing to do first. Empty when nothing needs attention.
