MobileOrder.bill ● MobileCartBill! non-null object
The order's money.
MobileOrder.customerReferenceId ● String scalar
Permanent contact reference of the customer this order was placed for (Contact.referenceId). Absent when unresolvable — clients hide the line rather than showing a placeholder.

MobileOrder.directions ● String scalar
Delivery directions.
MobileOrder.id ● ID! non-null scalar

MobileOrder.paymentNumber ● String scalar
Our own receipt number (Payment.paymentNumber) for that online payment, when the Payment row exists.
MobileOrder.paymentReference ● String scalar
Customer-facing payment reference: the PSP's payment id (falling back to its session id). Absent unless an online payment SUCCEEDED for this order.
MobileOrder.paymentStatus ● MobilePaymentStatus! non-null enum
Where the payment stands.
MobileOrder.placedAt ● DateTime! non-null scalar
When the order was placed.
MobileOrder.salesRepEmail ● String scalar
Email of the customer's assigned sales rep — the buyer app renders it as a mailto: link. Absent when unassigned.
MobileOrder.salesRepName ● String scalar
Name of the sales rep this customer is assigned to (Partner.assignedSalesRep). Absent when no rep is assigned — clients must hide the 'handled by' block rather than substituting anyone else.
MobileOrder.salesRepPhone ● String scalar
Phone of the customer's assigned sales rep — the buyer app renders it as a tel: link. Absent when unassigned.
MobileOrder.shipmentTrackingLevel ● CustomerTrackingLevel enum
How much shipment tracking this customer gets in the buyer app (FULL when the store's setting does not apply to it). STATUS: show no shipment section (and no 'tracking will appear' line) — the order status alone. Detail query only; null on list rows.
MobileOrder.shipments ● [CustomerShipment!] list object
Live outbound shipments of this order (oldest first): carrier, tracking (https link only), ETA and timeline. Never carries the seller's cost. Resolved on the mobileOrder detail query; absent on list rows.
