The customer code.

When the record was created.

The customer's tier.

The unique ID of this record.

When the customer last ordered.

The name of the customer.

How many orders the customer placed.

The ID of the team member the customer is attributed to: the assigned rep, else the creator.

The name of that team member.

The status of the customer.
