The bid created from a configuration, and how far the steps after it went. When a step failed the bid exists; open it to finish by hand.

The step that failed after the bid existed: TEMPLATE, CONFIGURATION, FREEZE or REQUIREMENTS; empty when every step ran.

Why that step failed; empty when every step ran.

Whether the configuration is frozen.
