How staff resolve a booking that is stuck, after checking with the courier. Neither action calls the carrier.

CONFIRM_BOOKED when the courier holds the booking, MARK_CANCELLED when staff cancelled it with the courier.

ResolveOrphanedShipmentInput.note ● String scalar​

What staff found at the courier. Kept on the shipment timeline.

ResolveOrphanedShipmentInput.providerShipmentId ● String scalar​

The courier's own shipment ID, so tracking resumes. Only for CONFIRM_BOOKED.

ResolveOrphanedShipmentInput.trackingNumber ● String scalar​

The courier's tracking number, when it has one. Only for CONFIRM_BOOKED.
