True when customers can pick the speed.

DeliverySpeedInput.id ● String scalar

Keep the id of an existing speed; omit for a new one (the server mints it).

DeliverySpeedInput.maxDays ● Int scalar

Days; null = any time (incl. no estimate).

DeliverySpeedInput.name ● String! non-null scalar

The name customers see.
