Values​

BidCostSheetStatus.APPROVED​

Approved through the approval path; never set by a person directly.

BidCostSheetStatus.DRAFT​

Being costed. Only a draft's lines change.

BidCostSheetStatus.SUBMITTED​

Sent for approval. Can be withdrawn to DRAFT while not approved.

BidCostSheetStatus.SUPERSEDED​

Replaced by a later approved sheet of the same bid.
