Why a customer is worth following up with: IDLE_CART, VIEWED_NOT_ORDERED, BUYING_LIST_NOT_ORDERED or NO_SEARCH_RESULTS.

Values​

AppActivityFollowUpReason.BUYING_LIST_NOT_ORDERED​

The customer has a product on a buying list and has not ordered it.

AppActivityFollowUpReason.IDLE_CART​

The customer left items in the cart.

AppActivityFollowUpReason.NO_SEARCH_RESULTS​

The customer searched and found nothing.

AppActivityFollowUpReason.VIEWED_NOT_ORDERED​

The customer viewed a product and did not order it.
