A goods receipt note: goods received from a vendor into a warehouse, usually against a purchase order.

GRN.baseTotalAmount ● Float scalar

The total in the organization's base currency, frozen when the receipt was written. Null on older receipts.

GRN.createdAt ● DateTime! non-null scalar

When the record was created.

GRN.currency ● String! non-null scalar

ISO 4217 currency code.

GRN.damageReported ● Boolean! non-null scalar

True when damage was reported on delivery.

GRN.deletedAt ● DateTime scalar

When the record was deleted. Empty while the record is live.

GRN.deletedBy ● String scalar

The ID of the user who deleted the record.

GRN.deliveryDate ● DateTime! non-null scalar

The date the goods arrived.

GRN.driverName ● String scalar

The name of the driver who delivered the goods.

GRN.enteredBy ● String! non-null scalar

The ID of the user who created the record.

GRN.exchangeRate ● Float scalar

The rate frozen when the receipt was written: 1 unit of the receipt currency in the organization's base currency.

The date the goods were expected.

The receipt number, unique within the organization.
