Make this the version new installs pin. Defaults to true.

The app manifest (validated).

The version's H3 package: { "format": "arc-h3-package", "formatVersion": 1, "files": { "templates/<name>.liquid": "<source>" } }. Liquid templates only; every file must be declared in the manifest's package.templates.
