The Shipments list tabs: PENDING (not booked yet), BOOKED (booked / awaiting pickup), IN_TRANSIT (collected or moving), OUT_FOR_DELIVERY, DELIVERED, PROBLEM (failed attempt, exception, lost, returned to sender, booking failed or needing checking), CANCELLED.
