Approved; the action has not necessarily run.

Waiting for an approver.

ControlApprovalState.RECALLED​

Withdrawn by the requester; final.

ControlApprovalState.REJECTED​

Rejected with a reason; final.

ControlApprovalState.RETURNED​

Sent back to the requester with a reason; final.

ControlApprovalState.STALE​

The document or control changed after the request; final.
