productReturnShipments

Requires permission sales:shipment:read.

Lists the courier pickups booked for one customer return. A user restricted to their own customers sees only returns they can open. Needs the shipment read permission.

Errors: a failed call returns a GraphQL errors entry, not a field on the result, and data may be null or partial. Read the entry's extensions.code and message; every shape and code is in the Error reference.

Example:

query ProductReturnShipments($productReturnId: ID!) {
productReturnShipments(productReturnId: $productReturnId) {
id
serviceLevelCode
shipmentNumber
trackingNumber
carrierName
serviceLevelName
costSplit {
changedByName
changedAt
courierCharge
currency
customerPaid
plannedCost
}
}
}
