controlSetupCheck

Requires permission settings:controls:manage.

Checks a control without saving it: the rule against the fact catalogue, its warehouse and customer references, and whether anyone other than you could approve it. Requires settings:controls:manage.

Errors: a failed call returns a GraphQL errors entry, not a field on the result, and data may be null or partial. Read the entry's extensions.code and message; every shape and code is in the Error reference.

Example:

query ControlSetupCheck($input: SaveControlInput!) {
controlSetupCheck(input: $input) {
approverCount
notes
ok
errors {
code
messageKey
path
}
}
}
