bidHandoffChecklist

Requires permission biddesk:bid:read.

Previews the checklist a hand-off of this bid would carry right now: open customer questions, deviations, uncovered requirements, cost lines with no or a stale cost, and open threads. A cost count is empty when the bid has no cost sheet. Requires Bid Desk and permission to read bids.

Errors: a failed call returns a GraphQL errors entry, not a field on the result, and data may be null or partial. Read the entry's extensions.code and message; every shape and code is in the Error reference.
