placeOrderFromCart

Requires a customer (portal or buyer app) session.

step 5: real checkout — customerCart → placeOrder through ordersService.createSalesOrder (idempotency key, credit-limit path, tenant isolation all live there). Every line is re-resolved server-side before the order is created; the mock setTimeout flow is retired.

Errors: a failed call returns a GraphQL errors entry, not a field on the result, and data may be null or partial. Read the entry's extensions.code and message; every shape and code is in the Error reference.
