createPublicAppDraft

Requires permission settings:apps:manage.

Draft a public app and get its OAuth client id and secret (shown only once). It can be installed on this dev tenant only until Growmax review approves it. Never give an app token to an AI model or agent: AI must use the MCP surface and its approval flow.

Errors: a failed call returns a GraphQL errors entry, not a field on the result, and data may be null or partial. Read the entry's extensions.code and message; every shape and code is in the Error reference.
